Interview with the 'not drunk' Bishop of Southwark

I heard this the first time and was convinced I'd misheard. But I found it again on BBC News here, at least for now and he does say something very odd at about 2'10" - it's either a hilarious slip of the tongue or a very feeble joke!!

I think the Bishop should do something about these ASBO vicars - I hear they are getting to be a bit of a problem in South London.

huh? I heard it, I thought, didn't notice either!
Wasn't sure whether to be convinced or not - sounds like he may well have got pissed and been mugged thereby causing his amnesia/toy=playing. Funny on HIGNFY but quite sad to hear him talk about it this am, sounded quite worried.
