Anyone listening to this? Unbelievable story about a bloke who swung his gf's toddler around by the ankle "like a lasso" and then onto the settee FOUR times. This was captured on video but he is NOT GOING TO JAIL. FFS!

Unreal isn't it. Sickening. No excuse. What was the judge thinking of? Lack of justice and unfair way sentences are handed out scares and worries me.

If the bloke had post traumatic stress disorder, what on earth is the poor little girl going to have? Does the judge think it's ok to take out your feelings on a helpless child?

I saw that on the news last night - it made me cry. It's a bit wierd isn't it when mothers can be put in jail for seemingly minor offences when someone who is obviously a danger to children is allowed to walk free.

I agree. It's a rare feeling for me to be in accord with the Daily Mail. Also - wasn't a one-off event - the g/f set up the videa because she suspected something was happening - her child was severely distressed by her b/f's presence. It's all a bit wierd - I guess she wanted proof tho? Seems unbelieveable to me that you'd use your child like that tho'.
