He ius still subject to his treatment order..I think it is sensible not to disrupt that if he is complying, the object must be that provided he doesn't commit an offence which warrants prison sentence that he gets the best chance to kick his drug habits.

It most certainly is a disgrace. I think he is just the sort of person who should be in jail. His young fans need to know that there are serious consequences to actions like his. Some jail time wouldn't do that guy any harm.

I appreciate he is under a treatment programme but WTF is someone who allegedly has an implant to prevent them using heroin, doing possessing heroin.

This is for drugs he was found in possession of in august I believe so seperate from his previous sentance which makes the mind boggle as to why his punishment is so weak. They need to start making examples of these people who glamourise drugs to show them what the consequences are as if just looking at him isn't enough!!!! Still no doubt this time next year he'll have died of a drug overdose and we won't have to worry about him anymore. I feel sorry for his mother.
