At least you know she wasn't drunk.

It's like getting blood out of a stone there to get hold of alcohol even if you ARE 21, and possessing any amount of weed is an automatic felony.

so she crashes because the baby cried

and is done for driving without a license

something tells me she may have missed the bit where they talked about 'responsibility'
