Think this is just slightly less than dh and I paid to rent a three bed semi, half an hours walk from leeds centre (ok that was ten years ago but still! )

Rent regulation is a terrible idea and will be a disaster for the economy.

I just saw that, it's crazy. Tiny and claustrophobic at any price.

Trills · 30/09/2015 23:11

It won't actually be REAL.

Someone may be advertising it at that price but it's highly unlikely that anyone will actually pay it.

Someone just wants attention.

One of the flatmates got another one to list it as a bet.

If flatmate #2 show 3 people around without laughing, flatmate #1 does all the cleaning for a month.

My mortgage pcm on a 3 bed house with a large garden in Nottingham is less than half of that ... and people ask why I didn't move to London to further my career???!

Over thirty years ago I was in a share house and one of the occupants lived on a door. Yes, you read correctly. The door was suspended in a wide hallway with each end resting on the door frames of two other doors, so you walked under his living space as you went down the hallway, which had a 12 foot ceiling. He had a rope to climb up to his bed, which took up the whole space of the door, along with a portable TV he had mounted on a shelf with his personal belongings.

Commercially they probably got the idea from the Harry Potter films.

I'm skeptical, this was linked on Reddit
