Exciting news today it was announced of the discovery of fossils of a new species not very far from where I live. It appears to be some type of burial site, where about 15 skeletons were found.

The paper refers to the find as "ancient relatives'.

I therefore wonder if it actually IS a new species, or they will find that they are a 'missing link' to Corbyn-eructus .. known for their battle cry.Corbyn-elect-us.

Sorry, I couldn't resist it, I've lowered the tone (again), lets get serious now.

I am wondering if this reached your news much in UK. I know that I live in the country where the find was made, but this is really a big topic of discussion here at the moment.

murphys .... news is 24-hours here and did indeed get good 24-hours of coverage here on the day you mentioned it.

If our Time Team had found it here, I suspect that we'd still be talking about it. lol

Yes I suspect so. Wink

The finds are on show here until the mid October, so next weekend we are going to go and see them.
