What an idiot. It sounds a bit as if he wanted to find an excuse to make her stop breastfeeding in order to support an order for the father to have more access despite the fact that he had been responsible for domestic violence.

Yeah it sounds like there are a few other issues with both of them, so stopping a young mum from breastfeeding would hardly help.
