Japan is quite unstable - there are a lot of earthquakes in that area.

It's going to hit within 5 minutes.. if it does. It's cause by an earthquake apparently.

They have to be very careful/cautious with their warnings.. it might yet be ok...

isn't that part of the Ring of Fire in the Pacific ? That is what happens there - that is where the word tsunami comes from isn't it ?
