Charles Kennedy dead, aged 55

I am not a Liberal, and I am not even a British voter, but I had a lot of respect for him.
Wishing his family strength and peace - his death must have been such a shock, particularly at his age.

I'm a Scottish voter and lived in his constituency. Really sad news. I'm not a lid dem voter but really did like him and his stance on the Iraq war at the time.

I agree with that.
And I agree the loss is greatest for his family, in particular his son.

I think the loss is great for him, not just for his son. He was a person alive and now is dead.
