My DH, a huge Star Trek fan, told me this morning. I was surprised he was only 83, I had him pegged in my mind as being much older than that. End of an era.

He didn't look well in his cameo appearance in the 2009 Star Trek Into Darkness movie, poor love. Legendary characterisation.... the eyebrows will live on.
