Press conference with murdered policeman's family

This is live on the news channels now. What an amazing family. Emphasising that the terrorists weren't acting as Muslims as Muslims preach peace. Asking for people to be united. I was moved to tears.

They've just stopped the press conference as all the family were in tears. His brother was so eloquent. Very moving.

Islamist terrorists aren't routinely bothered about the religion of their victims. ISIS, al queda, the taliban etc are mostly killing Muslims that don't toe the line. Schoolboys and schoolgirls, for example. Tragic what has happened to this policeman and others and I hope the appeal of the family keeps reprisals down.
