I've just heard MNJustine's interview on the radio.

"The more that men can be around [after the birth of their babies], the more likely they are to stick around".

I think she meant to say that bonding with baby is beneficial for dad and the family, only it didn't come out that way! Her wording was very sexist. At least she is supporting a great cause.
