ISIS propaganda video

On the BBC News ar 10 tonight, part of the report on the increased security threat to the UK - they showed a short ISIS propaganda video. Some faces were blurred out, there not.

I just wondered why the protection of certain individuals in such a group when others are clearly shown?

No one?

Didn't see it. But some pictures in newspapers show some of them with their faces covered with masks, others clearly shown such as the red haired Chechen who is a well-known Jihadi terrorist who fought against Russia, and the ones without masks, blurred out, probably because they don't want to be identified. Maybe they are from Western countries.
