Paid mat leave to increase from six to nine months in October

We pay stat maternity leave. We'd like to be able to pay more generously - but we are a small business and all of our employees are 'women of childbearing' age.

It's not really an issue for us, at the moment as we are fully refunded for any employees stat. maternity pay.

hi bubb. It wasn't so much the small business angle I noticed... more the change in legislation IYSWIM. This is news to me.
