It was when DS1 was told tom avoid salycylates (in ornages, apples, tomatoes, grapes, raisins...) i realised i was on a loser

Actually the salicylates did help reduce the hyperactivity, it was the advice of BIBIC to remove then re-introduce but i think i'll have to keep them out completely

As he is sairy intol and the only meat he will eat is chicken skin (!?), think I might just oput him on a lard drip LOL!

So are we taking bets on how long it will be before fresh fruit and veg and pure spring water will be deemed harmfull????

I think scientist need to concerntrate on more important things like world hunger and cures for illnesses and advise people to eat/drink what they like in moderation.

The salacylates thing also applies to those prone to arthritis. Mum rarely eats citrus or tomatoes these days. Seems to have helped.
