Wait hang on... what? The useless father of my child has avoided every attempt to pay csa. Even £5 a week was too difficult. In 3 years he has paid £26 and thats for 4 weeks!!! He didnt show to court after all he put us through so he doesnt see my son. He doesnt answer csa calls. And its took me 6 months to get anywhere. I recently found out he should be paying but refuses. Now what? To get money from this scum I have to pay??? Thats a joke. In other countries it is a criminal offence to avoid paying. Here in england you get away with it!!! Sick of this place and their money sucking idiots that run it
