Really hope they get caught and get severely punished.

There are some sick people out there. Poor animal.

This sort of incident should be taken extremely seriously by the police.

I strongly believe that someone who could do something so sadistic is more than likely to be a danger to people as well. The link between animal cruelty and domestic violence and/or child abuse is well documented.
