midwivesonline.com working with Channel 5 News in supporting the case for more Midwives
We have heard today how 10 mums died as a result of the shortage of Midwives and resources at a London Maternity Unit. midwivesonline.com have joined with Channel 5 News to highlight these issues and hopefully work towards changing this situation so that every mother can have confidence in their local maternity services.

Channel Five News is very keen to speak to anyone who had a bad birth experience due to lack of midwives or staff at the hospital where they were being treated. They are looking to interview a mum today (Wednesday 23 August) somewhere within a two hour drive of London. The interview needs to be done by 2pm today.
