If you think this make Posh & Becks mad, what does that make the then owner of Painshill Park with it's ruined abbey, gothic tower, hernitage, temple of Bacchus, mausoleum. grotto and Turkish tent (yes, a turkish tent!)

OMG - just read this thread and someone mentioned Painshill Park - we used to HAVE to go there in the 6th Form to help them with their trees - it was awful. Still it was a day off school!

My FIL has built a ruin in his garden. It's meant to be a centuries old church, but the builders out in Barbados aren't that great, and used lovely modern breeze blocks to build it instead of the old bricks he had requested!
