Don't begrudge her a penny of it - she's earned it through talent and entertained millions.

But can you imagine having this kind of wealth? If I had one day of her earnings I don't think I could spend it in a year (ignore paying off mortgage). I wonder if this kind of wealth makes her giddy as well?

Much rather hear about her earning that much than some idiotic lout who just happens to be good at football. At least she deserves it, would be nice though.... (just going to drift off into a daydream now!)

Yes, good for her. It's horribly hard to get any money as an author - writers who earn that amount are virtually non-existant. An incredible achievement (although I agree - I'd have NO idea how to spend it, but suspect a lot would have to go towards paying for security )
