OMG thats scary that someone would actually try and take a child from within view of its mother. It is a scary world we live in.

Scary. Thank god the mum was around.

How scary is that? It really has come to the point where every chance encounter has to be veiwed with suspicion. Very sad.

it's no wonder so many people don't let their kids play out in the streets
