Hospital admits responsibility for botched birth

It is nice to see that the hospital haven't tried to wriggle out of taking responsibility for neglecting a woman and her baby during labour.

Actually, now I have had a minute to think about it, taking nine years to offer settlement probably constitutes some pretty serious wriggling until they figured out they would not ultimately win in court and probably put the poor family through a terrible time.
