story here

Nice to know that a labour leader takes his orders on policy from Murdoch's News Corporation. Can anyone imagine any leader of the Labour Party ever before being offered a job on the board in the corporation of one of the most hard-line neo-cons on the planet?

all heads of uk govts have taken orders from Murdoch for a long time imo.

Agree WWW. But the labour party was specifically set up to represent the interests of the majority of the population, rather than the tiny minority who own most of the wealth.

Blair and his faction have managed to carry out a most tremendously successful coup to totally subvert that original aim. They have neutralised the labour party and made it pointless. And amazingly, large swathes of voters still haven't noticed and are carrying on voting for them out of habit, instead of turfing out the imposters.

Oh I agree Caligula. I might even vote for David Cameron next time and I never thought I'd hear myself saying that.

I have never voted labour and thank god for that cos would be totally ashamed of myself by now. Blair and wife are just dreadful, grasping, vulgar people and everything they do just confirms it.
