I had my DD when I was 29 (had planned for it to be a couple of years earlier though).

The mums in the programme ( link below) were in their 40s. As was the reporter.

Really! My babies were all significantly less than 1 yr old when they were born . I think it's easier that way.

Mind you I was very nearly 32 when my first was born.

I had my first at 29 (but like hula planned couple years earlier took 18months to conceive)
second at 30

I really wanted children from 24+ but had to find the right man first

I had my first at 27. I only have one friend with children. All my other friends are childless and are 29+.
I think it is the norm these days.
