The signer business is really odd. Is he saying that he can sign but had an 'episode' where it all came out wrong? If he is, I'm not convinced by that one.

It turned out that he couldn't speak a word of Italian and was making it all up. He was a serial prankster who'd done lots of other things.

It's a little desperate to describe the Danish woman's political and marital set-up as 'another cosy EU/Labour set up'.

There are plenty of political dynasties the world over and always have been. I sometimes get annoyed at their arrogance but it says more about the type of people they are rather than their politics.

The memorial service was pretty dreadful, I thought. Apart from Obama's speech. Four hours of shambles! And most of the officials looked like nightclub bouncers. I hope the funeral is more representative of NM's life and personality.
