Italian adoption case III

The last thread says all I need to know about those in the system. It also the most legally dangerous thread I have ever seen on mumsnet. I hope someone has been through the posts for libel risk. It also entirely one sided and biased and makes me laugh.

The defensiveness of those involved in this area will hopefully disappear once we have the openness that JH and indeed many others are seeking and obtaining as the judges increasingly accept that it helps everyone to understand what are very difficult decisions - parents, children and lawyers and social workers and expert witnesses in this field.

It will continue to be important always to get to the facts and where possible publish the facts. I continue to believe that almost any of us could have our children removed if the state set its mind to that. If publishing more decisions and giving rights to parents and those involved and the children to write what they like on twitter, facebook and the like and to let parents and children even when separated communicate and talk about any issues they choose will help then let us hope the law continues down that course.

Oy! What is WANKER doing muscling in on CUNT's turf?

This town isn't big enough for more than one insanely frothing organisation dedicated to truth and justice!

WANKER is superb by the way

You CUNTs are small potatoes.

We at WANKER once wrote to the Queen. And she replied!

A restaining order from Her Majesty is PROOF! that she is on our side. Which makes us righter. Even if she is a lizard really.

This is a particularly tragic case, when an airplane was mistaken for a gas fire, and snatched it too late to reunite the cockpit with the rest

Well I am sure that after a few cheeky glasses of vino at my Christmas 'do' I will discover a lot more speshul stats to support my justifiable campaign against the evil firesntachers.

Merry Christmas one and all. Perhaps the combined efforts of IMPISH, CUNT and WANKER can achieve some good.

How many more harmless appliances will be mistaken for gas fires until something is done?

Has anyone contacted Liberty for their take on this?

look at you WANKERs and CUNTs, infighting on the internet, while only I, Head of Twaddle at IMPISH am still fighting to bring injustice to light.

Long Live Impish Cunt Wanker and its spy elves keeping an eye on father Christmas as he sneaks down chimneys in his role as "grass" for the GESTAPO FireSnatchers!

I cried at that picture btw. Becuase unlike those wasting time demanding logic and other unnesasary frippery, I CARE!

Not as much as I CARE Carpe, now I am finally free from the shackles of logic and reason.

I have never before on mumsnet or anywhere on the internet experienced such vile bullying of the type WANKER is meting out to CUNT.

This is mumsnet at its very worst and tells me all I need to know about those in the WANKER hierarchy.

When I get back from my 'do' am I going to find Thread 4?

And will I be able to restrain myself from joining in again?

I wonder how much of my life i have so far wasted attempting to get JH to be in any way accountable?

I hope others have had better luck with the complaining...

And a good and totally right fight it is too! I agree with your entire mission statment and values. But only privately. Don't be offended if people ask me to confirm our association and I deny it.

Oh, that might upset you and get you leaking evidence to the contrary.

How about we compromise and I just wriggle or change the subject when askd ?

God Madame, that picture is just heartbreaking. Those poor little appliances. How anyone can doubt there is a tsunami of rogue gas fitters snatching our appliances RIGHT NOW.

I'm going to the kitchen to hug my toaster extra tight tonight.

If at any time I may have given the impression by clearly stating on numerous occasions that I agreed in any way with the mission statement of either WANKER OR IMPISH may I now say that if you want my answer to that you may contact me in person at my office during any month with an 'r' in it.

Aside from quality issues, how fecking many lawyers does one country need?

Lawyers are to Italy are what "wine lake" and "cheese mountain" are to France and Britian.

I was about to ask two questions:

  1. Doesn't that document just prove the social worker was disciplined for refusing to follow set procedure, not because she recommended reunification per se? Procedure is incredibly important in health and social care - staff can't just refuse to follow it.

  1. The distinction between hastening resolution of children in care, and taking babies from loving parents in order to fulfil Govt targets, is absolutely critical. We all know that centrally-imposed targets can have unintended consequences, but do you have any evidence that children were actually taken into care in order to fulfil targets? (And showing an increase in children taken into care doesn't prove that point, though I'll agree it raises questions.)

But I guess I'll have to wait, as it's time for 'brownies'.

Careful. The FireSnatchers will lable that "deliberate squeezing abuse" and make up "justifications snatch your fire AND toaster.

There are bonuses for snatching toasters too!

I read it on a blog. So it must be true.

Spero

It's OK, we like you.

I like my students who are lawyers too.

I also like DH.

I am less keen on the nepotisim ridden system here that hinders there being real meritocracy in the profession.
