Nice story - Lisa Potts has had her baby (and what a big boy!) - but I love the bit about the volunteers at her charity "having plans to send her a card"!!!

Ooooooh! A card! I'm sure she'll feel absolutely overwhelmed by such generosity.

I only got a card from work when I had DS1 - I got gifts when I left for maternity leave. I wouldn't have expected anything more!

Oh, I'm sure they have given/will give her lots of gifties - it's just the way it was reported that tickled me - as if they needed to have meetings, assemble committees, draw a flow-chart etc and then toss some pennies in before they could do it!

Happy endings, makes me feel all gooey inside, like there is some good in this world.

Maybe fate is rewarding her selfless act, God knows what would have happened to those kiddies had she not been so brave!

I get the feeling people will send her much more than a card!
