Child taken by from womb by forced C/S for social services! II

As the other is full.
There are far too many cases where the authorities rush to remove children and do not give both parents and wider family a say. Adoption is rushed through.
The fact a senior family judge is insisting he is involved in the rest of this case is a good thing and the more cases like this which receive publicity the better.

The point is it is like justice in China and Russia. If it's secret then those involved cannot justify themselves. If we have more in the public domain that is a greater good than any risk from disclosure to the children and parents involved. it is why open justice and published judgments and rights for all those involved in child disputes to use twitter, blogs and emails and no stifling of free speech.

Thankfully things are all moving this way and we lucky to have people like JM and C Booker to give publicity to the issues which need much wider debate. I would imagine most social workers and lawyers involved in this area are very happy that the issues get more public debate not less. Most professions would.

johnhemming as I asked earlier I am genuinely interested to know what you are doing to help Birmingham children services.

It seems utterly crazy to me that it appears that you are ignoring the fact that Birmingham children services are the worst in the country and yet you seem to be trying to take on the family courts.

Do you not think it would be in the best interest of your constituents to put all your energy into providing them (who voted for you) with a better service

JH can do what he wants with his personal time.

But don't you think it rather odd he chooses to spend so much of it on here ? And threatens to sue people he doesn't like?

Aren't there many many more productive things he could be doing with his energies? Like campaigning for proper funding of the child protection system?

HoleySocksBatman I have no problem with him using the internet and forums. Indeed my own MP is Tim Farron who is the president of the Lib Dem party is a frequent user of facebook and other social media. The point is he uses social media to promote community campaigns and connect with his constituents.

I'm asking if MP John Hemming is representing his party's beliefs using tax payers or party money or on tax payers or party time, or if he is acting in a solely personal capacity in his own time.

johnhemming · 05/12/2013 22:22

Do you seriously not understand the difference between an error of
ignorance or incompetence and an error made deliberately and malignly in order to steal babies to order?

What is this about?

I have highlighted the management priority in increasing adoptions by doing really wrong things. This priority resulted in at least one SW being fired for being honest. There is an employment tribunal. A public hearing where documentation is publicly available. I have some of that documentation.

QED.

JH you said that making a mistake in a report was the same as making something up.

I have pointed out there is a significant and important difference, particularly when you use mistakes to fuel conspiracy theories.

I do not set out to provoke anyone. But if I think someone is displaying views of shocking ignorance, or views designed to frightened or intimidate others, I will comment.

'Doing really wrong things'
Hmm

Spero · 05/12/2013 22:28

Thanks, I will check out the twitter. What is happening in. Birmingham is really worrying.

MadameDefarge · 05/12/2013 22:29

John, your second paragraph makes no sense.

Please rephrase.

Holey. MN is a place to have robust debate and to defend ones stance.

MadameDefarge · 05/12/2013 22:31

What was the employment tribunal ruling, John?

Mignonette · 05/12/2013 22:32

This is one for twitter Wink.

Spero · 05/12/2013 22:35

I thought he said the employment ruling was next year? If it has already happened, why don't you post the judgment? Employment stuff is all open to public isn't it?

I am sure we would all love to read about the Last Honest Social Worker in Britain. Fired for reuniting mother and child in gross defiance of the official Steal a Baby policy.

You couldn't make it up!

Oh.

johnhemming · 05/12/2013 22:36

JH you said that making a mistake in a report was the same as making something up.
No I didn't. This is what I find really sad. You should not have to misrepresent my argument to debate the issue.

What was the employment tribunal ruling, John
It is to be heard next year. The council may settle.

MadameDefarge · 05/12/2013 22:36

steal a baby policy by doing really wrong things, you forgot that bit, Spero.

johnhemming · 05/12/2013 22:37

Fired for reuniting mother and child in gross defiance of the official Steal
a Baby policy.

You couldn't make it up!

I did give the ET reference. I do have copies of the documentation.

MadameDefarge · 05/12/2013 22:37

Or they may win.

We shall just have to wait and see, won't we? And not make assumptions about the possible outcome.

Spero · 05/12/2013 22:39

Post a link to the documentation then.

Or have you lost it in the groaning pile of other documents you have promised over the years to evidence your amazing claims?

Still waiting for the stats that show a bounty is paid for every baby taken into care.

If I have misrepresented you I am sorry. It's horrible when people take the truth and twist it into appalling lies isn't it?

MadameDefarge · 05/12/2013 22:41

Gosh, yes the stats.

You promised us those right at the beginning of the last thread.

The stats that show the percentage of adoptions ruled unlawful year on year.
