that's very sad. Although aren't heaths supposed to burn every so often, part of nature's cycle or something? Desperate for the wildlife though.

For some bizarre reason I thought you were in Norfolk. Must be going daft in my old age!

the cloud was bloody massive at about 2.30pm, by 4 it was doubled in size, i saw a fire engine driving past the end of my road on the way to it, which had come from sussex, they needed so many
