THEY ARE TREATING WORKERS LIKE ROBOTS.

But are we going to stop using them? (I rather doubt it.)

I don't think the reporter realises that any large automated warehouse works roughly the same way. Repetitive to-ing and fro-ing from the racks with picking sheets, roll cages etc. The refrigerated and frozen depots are particularly hard work.
