Agree twiglett, but this particular man is quite keen to get rid of any "abnormal" embryos. He's often said this sort of thing. He wouldn't have looked out of place in Hitler's Germany. Frightening that he's one the the govt's ethical advisors.

At least he's now shown himself up in his true colours by spouting something so totally abhorrant.
I'm sure this article hasn't gone unnoticed in high places, and not for the reasons he intended.
