He died later in custody. His crime? He was apparently parked incorrectly. Utterly disgusting.

I heard this on the news. Absolutely shocking. And the police made no attempt to conceal what they were doing either.

This really upset me when I saw it earlier. Horrifying. :(

This was really terrible to watch. I saw on the news today that 8 police officers have now been arrested.

The BBC report says he left 1 child of his own and was the guardian of his brother's 3 children.
