I wondered that too, rtt - looking at the very last page - it used to have a rounder end and a wider bridge, didn't it?

Very subtle though - you wouldn't realise without the side-by-side pics.

she vehemently denies any plastic surgery but I think she MUST have had her nose done, if nothing else!

I wish celebs would all come clean about their surgery so us mere mortals don't feel so unattractive!

If she hasn't had surgery she really has become more beautiful the older she gets - just like the rest of us :o!.
