New guildlines could be being given to Judges to take into account of the psychological and long-term damage of the victims. The new proposals will go out to public for consultation

Anya I heard Victoria Derbyshires interview on Radio 5-;live today. The lady judge said it was at an exploritary stage. My experience of the law is that it moves very slowly.

I know but at least it a start in the right direction.

On the news it says that the public can have there say but didn't say how.
