This doesn't make any sense, they are saying she can't have the drug now, because she would only be able to have it temporarily, and then it would be withdrawn when it wasn't free anymore?
But at least if she had it now she could have a bit more life? If the choice is either death now, or a little bit more life on a free drug and then death in a year or so?
