Aye, but the budget for it has surely went up though? There has to be a catch!

Going to be impressed by their amazing efficiency. Wouldn't be surprised if some of the bosses ended up with a bonus for early completion!

There was a big hole near us for ages. A sign on the fencing gave an estimated finish date but this changed a couple of times (I don't think we were supposed to notice) then the sign disappeared altogether! I knew things weren't going too smoothly at that point.
