Can't be that much worse than feeding them a macdonalds in the first place

What I don't get is how did the parents not notice?

I didn't want to say that as I know how sneaky toddlers can be- my own little sister is evidence of that! But a weird lady giving out bottles is surely something you would notice...

At least it was nipped in the bud by the looks of it

How awful the poor babies has the lady been caught yet? I can't comprehend what drives someone to do such things

According to daily mail app there's a 53 year old woman in custody. From the articles I've read she didn't hand the baby the bottle as much as drop the bottle in the pram as she passed while the gran had looked away for a few seconds. Poor wee boy! There must be a serious screw loose to do this.
