Apple vs Samsung round 3

So Apple have won all this silliness in the US, yet the same case was thrown out in both Europe and Asian courts, for being stupid.

I can't help but think Apple won in the US because of protection of interests Apple is a US company and those foreigners aren't to be trusted.

As far as I can see they are both fools anyway, everything to do with both devices was invented over 20 years ago, all these court cases hinge on the hope that some OAP who used to own a defunct company or one that doesn't produce competing products doesn't come crawling out the woodwork with the proof of what we already know.

apple are contentious fools who want to kill all competition with their ridiculous law suites. I hope on appeal apples American judgement is over turned!

Doubtful they are corrupt refusing to allow Samsung to show one of there proof of design is clear proof of that, it's all about protecting us interests.

The funny thing is of course that Samsung sales have sky rocketed.

Don't get it anyway iphones have Samsung chipsets in them so what are they playing at?

They are both as bad as each other. Apple aren't doing anything that Samsung wouldn't do and vice versa when its the other way around.

Same with all of them, apple are the new Microsoft, totally unethical, bullies.

Samsung the new Nokia single handedly keeping the courts in work.

I think apple are far worse imo. Samsung make the component parts for apple and a lot of the ideas pre date i phone anyway
