I am on my phone so please forgive the bad linking.
In a nutshell, Tranmere Rovers want to build on playing fields that serve as a memorial to First World War poet Wilfred Owen and his contemporaries from te same school who died on te battlefields of the war.
Please can I ask you object to this, it's in the national interest that's why I am posting here. I have no local connection but pride in our servicemen who died in a brutal, needless war and a passion for the works of Owen, one of the greatest poets of the era.
