Hostage situation in Toulouse-not again.

DP just got called to cover it for a tv station. Man claiming to have links to Al Quaida is holding 4 people hostage in a bank in Toulouse. The same city where M. Merah went on the killing spree and murdered soldiers and children.

What the fuck is going on?

It's quite close to where Merah lived, according to the Beeb. Hopefully it can be resolved peacefully.

This particular hostage-taker turned out to have mental health issues and no connections with terrorist organisations.

Very glad the incident ended safely.
