Garden of Eden

I am glad this place is so inaccessible, hope it stays that way.

Saw a piece about it on the BBC news last night, totally amazing. Such a beautiful thing compared to all the other horrible news out there at the moment.

Now ain't that nice! Makes you wonder why we bother exploring space when we don't even know what's in our own backyards!

Papillon · 08/02/2006 13:21

Yes it is a rare gem amongst all the sad tragic and political news stories.

Reminds me though too how much humans have changed this planet, how we strip the Earth of its nature. These creatures don´t know what it means to fear humans. We are like the "devil" in lambs clothing.

that was indeed a great observation. The creatures have no fear of humans, never having met them before.

Or Borgs presumably!

In always think that about the Ocean, Rhubarb. There is so much undiscovered plant and animal life under the sea.

The trouble is.. once discovered by man, open to 'pollution and desctruction. Sorry to be so pessimistic though - and thanks for the link Papillon. Will you have an astral fly over for the Yurt visitors and come back and tell us some beautiful stories about what you've seen?
