I wonder if you can do me a big favour? I live in Wales but am trying to help Friends of Rebecca (Bex) Coriam of Guilden Sutton, Chester, to obtain some online signatures for their ePetition. You will have heard that Bex went missing mysteriously, from her place of work on board The Disney Wonder cruise-ship nearly a year ago. My own daughter is currently working on another Cruise-Ship, so I really want to help Bex's parents get this new Cruise Safety legislation brought in. My heart goes out to them.
We urgently need to get 100,000 minimum by 4th August at the latest - in order to get the government to debate it in the House of Commons, in the hope of bringing out new legislation as Obama has in the USA, which will provide much needed Safety onboard Cruise-ships.
Many people in Chester have signed paper petitions for this but we are told that until we have the 100,000 online signatures, they will not receive the paper ones or table the debate. PLEASE could you go to this link and sign the epetition, then ask people you know, colleagues, family and friends to go online and sign the ePetition ? We have to some how or other get this out there to as many people as possible.
