SKY is reporting that more news is being issued hourly in US. And, although not yet fully confirmed, she was found in a bathroom and there were prescription drugs present at the scene. The suggestion on SKY is that she drowned.

I saw her in concert about 2 years ago.She is was in decline but incredibly brave and still put on a great performance,great artist and she talked with such love and pride about her daughter
