Any civil servants? National Ins due but can't get through on phone

Hello, I am in a bit of a panic, I have to pay National Insurance by the 31/1/12 but cannot get through on the phone. I know they are on strike and have extended the deadline for self assessment till Thurs but does this apply to national insurance too?
I hope someone knows!!!!!

which class of NI?
pay them online by FPS?

I always send a cheque for our staff's NI, it's meant to reach HMRC by mid month-ish and I've never had a problem if it's been a couple of days late.

Monthly PAYE/NI has to be cleared funds with HMRC by the 19th of the following month
or the 22nd once you move to online filing from April

anyway the only month that REALLY matters is March.
