I used to pee myself laughing at Aunt Fanny when raeding famous five!

My cousin's daughter has justnamed her little boy Levi, which I found quite an unusual name (no offence anyone here).

Oh, and Dh's colleague's grandson is called Darnall (produced Darnell). Trouble is, here is Sheffield, Darnall is not exactly the most delightful of areas so definitely seems a strange choice.

My cousin's wife was called Kimberley Clark before they married. But she is a very nice girl

CnR - there's a Darnell the duck in Clifford the Big Red Dog...maybe that's worse than a dodgy bit of Sheffield?

I was a leader at a kids camp with a 9 year old girl called India in my dorm. I stupidly asked how she got her name thinking I would get some romantic reason involving a lovely holiday or a relative. She replied "It's the name of the beer my mum and her boyfriend were drinking when she got pregnant." Romantic notions shattered

Bobsmum - noot sure which rason would be the best one to go with

Also, jave to admit that we nearly had India as DD's middle name. I like it but do prefer it as a middle name I think. Only changed our mind at the last minute; still not sure why.
