beetroot is yummy - although an aquired taste - dh could not get over how common it is here in Aus especially in your salad sandwich!!!

Love beetroot. And the vegetable too.

Makes my wee red though. Ds2 adores it and when he was little and had eaten a lot...the nappies....euuurrrgggghhh.

I have placed a sad face next to beetroot for my fruit and veg box so it doesn't even enter the same place as my other nice fruit and veg!

I love beetroot when it comes in our veg box I run around the house in excitement.
Grated raw in salad
Like Cod in sweet chili sauce (Cod the alleged person not as in the the marine species)
Also very nice in sweet and sour
Freshly cooked, warm with balsamic vinegar
I easily eat 6 whole ones a week
dd likes it too but without vinegar
