I am a teacher with three kids. I am exhausted all the time. I leave to go to work before my kids are up and return either at bed time or after they are asleep. I find the comment "if they enjoyed their job..." Deeply insulting. I regularly have to sacrifice the needs of my own children to meet the needs of other peoples, admittedly because they are in a much more vulnerable place than mine. Please can he give us all a break. I also agree with all the mums who say there kids stay late anyway and have a long enough day as it is. They need down time at home too!
