I said right at the beginning that Morgan will be in this up to his neck but he's smarmy enough to wriggle out of it.

He's admitting to nothing more than being a crap editor who knew nothing about what was going on in his paper. Am very amused by him "protecting his sources" like some sort of martyr for truth and honesty

Morgan's one of the best tabloid editors that has been around for a long time. Bollocks that he didn't know what was going on.

Lawyer - "no, please explain"

Morgan - "one abuses children and the other operates a switchboard".

God at teh beginning he said he wasn't particularly young for an editor now he is saying he was!
