Unfortunately, sexual abuse of children by people they know is not.I used to work in an office that dealt with children who were termed 'EBD', the majority of whom were sexually, physically or emotionally abused, often from a very young age. Some of the case histories really affected me and opened my eyes to what chidl abuse really means. Smoking when pg doesn't even come into it.
