Black Friday Shopping Fiasco in the States

This is the day after Thanksgiving when the sales start. A woman sprayed pepper spray into the crowd so that she could get a games console.

There was also trouble elsewhere, such as a man shot and robbed for his shopping.

I agree. Just think the day before you are been thankful for everything you have, for instance your health, your family and then this. What are they teaching their children.

There was also an article I read this morning on my iphone about how a OAP had a heart attack in a store and people stepped over him on their way to the "bargains".

How can anyone live with themselves knowing they stepped over a dying man to save $20 on a sodding toaster/whatever.

Horrible. I don't understand why some idiot would commit a crime to enable them to buy something though. If you're that criminally-minded why not just go into the store while it's full price and nick it?
